Hi, my name is Rob.
I AM A DIRECTOR,
DoP
and CREATIVE CONTENT CREATOR.
I grew up with a polish family in a modest little town in western Germany. Movies like STAR WARS sparked my passion early on. With 14 I picked up myfirst mini DV camera and used my father's computer to make my own films with all sorts of crazy special effects. There my curiosity for moving images was born.
I’ve consolidated my practical skills through my bachelor's degree in media production. I've been working as a digital filmmaker for more than ten years, gaining experience not only as a director and DoP, but also in production and post-production. For example as Creative Lead at Markenfilm Crossings: VIRUS in Hamburg.
I can work with small and big crews alike. I am glad a good concept doesen’t need an endless amount of staff on set anymore. Much more important is a convincing idea, that we all love to work on.
To be honest: I’ve got two beating hearts in my chest. While I love to direct I cannot help myself but to pick up the camera over and over again. I feel comfy in moody enacted scenes and touching stories. Although crazy concepts and humorous stories hold a very special place in my heart.
Right now you find me in HAMBURG. I work as DIRECTOR and DoP with TRIANGLE MGMT.
