Hi, my name is Robert.
I AM A DIRECTING DoP FROM HAMBURG.
Born in germany - raised by a beautiful polish family. When I picked up myfirst mini DV camera as teenager it immideatly sparked my curiosity for moving images.
I’ve consolidated my practical skills through my bachelor's degree in media production. I've been working as a digital filmmaker for more than ten years, gaining experience not only as a director and cameramanr, but also in production and post-production. For example as Creative Lead at Markenfilm Crossings: VIRUS in Hamburg.
I can work with small and big crews alike. I am glad a good concept doesen’t need an endless amount of staff on set anymore. Much more important is a convincing idea, that we all love to work on.
I’ve got two beating hearts in my chest. While I love to direct I cannot help myself but to pick up the camera over and over again. I feel comfy in moody enacted scenes and touching stories. Although abstract visual concepts and humorous stories hold a very special place in my heart.
